The Legal Affairs Department is responsible for all matters concerning the laws and regulations directly or indirectly related to practice of the profession of psychologist. It coordinates the activities of the disciplinary council, and since September 2007, has carried out the functions that the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information confers on the person in charge of access to documents or the protection of personal information.
