If you feel that a psychologist you are consulting has behaved inappropriately or you have concerns about the quality of the service you are receiving, it can be useful to contact the Syndic's Office of the Ordre des psychologues, to determine if you can file a complaint against your psychologist.

Psychologists are qualified professionals who must follow the code of ethics for their profession. If your psychologist infringes the code of ethics for any reason, you have the right to file a complaint (request for inquiry) with the Syndic's Office.

Being able to trust your psychologist is a major factor in the success of your care. Do not hesitate to consult the Syndic's Office if you have concerns about your psychologist.
